Iran also offers green, yellow and red bell pepper for export to countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, and United Arab Emirates. Iranian bell peppers are in a very high demand over the international markets and sell easily.
Packaging bell peppers for export
Exporters usually separate bell peppers by their color and sizes before export and put them into different boxes. The boxes are also strong enough to protect the delicate skin of bell peppers against physical harms during transportation.
The boxes also come in different capacities, and also are responsible for keeping the peppers fresh and away from heat. The producers usually make the boxes from cardboard of plastic, and also try to make them as light as possible.
Red bell pepper for export
Iran offers green, yellow, and red bell pepper for exports. And its high quality products have high demanding costumers from all over the world. Thanks to the wide cultivations of bell peppers in greenhouses in Iran, they are mostly available all year long.
This fact makes the costumers more loyal and satisfied with Iranian bell peppers. Most of the Iranian bell peppers are exported to neighboring countries like Iraq, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Price of Iranian bell peppers
Iranian pepper prices have changed greatly over the years in international markets. Most of these changes were due to climate change. Also the distance of the importing countries, has an important role on the final market price of these bell peppers.
The season of the export doesn’t have much effects on the final price, since a big share of these sweet peppers are made in greenhouses. Greenhouse bell peppers also usually have a lower price, because they come with lower production costs.
They also have a much higher yield rate per square meter compared to traditional farms.
